Vehicle Drop-Off, Storage & Payment Policy

Personal Belongings

Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. OS Transmissions is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.

Vehicle Pickup & Storage Fees

Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of service completion (or same day if completed before 2:00 PM). After this period, a storage fee of $50 per day will be charged.

Payment on File Required

To secure service, all customers must leave a valid credit card or payment method on file prior to or during the repair process. This method may be used to charge applicable fees, including:

• Balance due after repair completion
• Storage charges for late pickup

This policy ensures that completed vehicles do not occupy space needed for other customers and helps keep turnaround times reasonable for all.
