Right to Refuse Service Policy

OS Transmissions reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer for reasons including but not limited to:

• Unsafe vehicle condition (e.g., leaks, contamination, structural issues)
• Aggressive or abusive customer behavior
• Vehicles previously tampered with or modified beyond standard repair practices

We aim to provide safe, ethical, and effective repairs. If a vehicle falls outside our scope of work or presents an unreasonable risk, we will respectfully decline service.
