Estimate & Additional Charges Policy

OS Transmissions provides up-front estimates based on visible symptoms and diagnostic information. During teardown or service, additional hidden damage may be discovered.

If additional repairs or parts are needed, we will contact the customer with a revised quote before proceeding. If the customer declines additional necessary repairs, the warranty may be voided, and reassembly fees may apply.

Note: Refusal of key repairs or substitutions with used/third-party parts at the customer’s request will waive warranty coverage for those components.
